Storage Temperature: It is recommended to store at 2 °C – 4 °C.

Dehumidification: Dehydration must be capable of absolute setting at the lowest desired humidity.

Storage Duration: A period up to 10 months is recommended.

Controlled Atmosphere: Not recommended because almonds already have an adequately long storage period and the benefits of CA are minimal.

Ozone: Installation of a device and provision of the required ozone amount to combat the microbial load.

Air Recirculation: A specialized study and installation of air-recirculation mechanism for the chamber with inverter-type fans digitally controlled for full 24-hour coverage.
