Post-harvest study and comprehensive staff training for Tsolas Fruits.
After completing the post-harvest study and delivering comprehensive training to the Tsolas Fruits team, Isofruit Project provided on-site support throughout the harvest period, ensuring the smooth and controlled storage of kiwifruit.
Through continuous supervision and strict adherence to the defined protocols, storage was successfully carried out in the new, state-of-the-art dynamic cooling chambers at the Tsolas Fruits facilities. Optimal temperature and humidity conditions were consistently maintained, safeguarding product quality and enabling long-term storage performance.
